A 25% deposit is required when booking. Booking will be confirmed after payment is recieved. Balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. If you are booking less then 4 weeks before arrival then your booking can only be confirmed after payment.
Payments can be made by bank transfer as detailed on our invoice. Please note, that bank transfer costs must be borne by the guest. We do not provide credit card or other bank services on site. On site payments can be done in cash, preferably in Zambian Kwachas, but we also accept US dollars, UK Pounds or Euros using the rate of the day.

Cancellation 0-30 days before travel = 100% cancellation charge.
Cancellation 31-60 days before travel = 50% cancellation charge.
Cancellation 61+ before travel = no charge.
Anyone staying at Malama Umoyo Bush Camp must carry his or her own adequate comprehensive personal travel, cancellation and medical insurance. Please take into consideration that there are no fences and wild animals are able to roam around the area freely.

If you elect not to be full board and decide on self catering then please be aware that you are expected to bring your own food and drinks. We do have a bar with a limited selection of beer, spirits and soft drinks for purchase. You will need to you do your (last) shopping and refueling in Petauke, Chipata or Mfuwe. Mfuwe is 40km from Malama Umoyo Bush Camp, where you will shops with limited supplies of food stuffs, a market for local fruit and vegetables and a filling station.
